We as a Community run grid do not believe you should be paying us if the service is not there for you to enjoy, we also include in this, any downtime because of server location/hosting outages as well, but not if your personal internet is down.
“Regions are typically online within 12 hours of purchase, unless purchased at the time of maintenance. If a region is not online within 12 hours of purchase, extra time will be credited.”
